We do not accept returns for any products once delivered.
A return or replacement will only be accepted if:
Wrong item is delivered (different from what you ordered)
To request a return for a wrong item, you must:
Provide unboxing video and clear photos of the received product
Raise the request within 24 hours of delivery
Keep the product unused and in original packaging
No returns will be accepted for:
✘ Change of mind
✘ Size/colour preference
✘ Damage or defect without proof
✘ Used or opened items

In case of a quality issue, returns are accepted. Please note that shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. (Returns are not applicable for custom-made products)
Refunds are initiated within 7 days after the return is approved.Â
